Service and Sacrifice was started to help veterans and active-duty service members transitioning out of the military succeed in civilian life. Whether you need assistance with career planning, starting a business, interview preparation, or advancing in your professional career, we are here to help.

About

Justin Welikson, Founder and CEO of Service and Sacrifice. Justin is an Army veteran who served from 2010 to 2013 as a 13M MLRS crew member at Fort Sill, Oklahoma. Justin holds a Bachelor's in business and a Master's in Management. He completed the Six Sigma Green Belt and Black Belt from Villanova University. Additionally, Justin has obtained the Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) certification from Scrum Alliance. He has a decade of professional experience in logistics, finance, and project management. Justin previously volunteered at a military non-profit as their vice president of operations, managing a team of volunteers to create services to help veterans and their families. Justin recognized the opportunity to utilize his education and professional experience to give back to the veteran community, which led to the creation of Service and Sacrifice. In his free time, he enjoys working on his business, playing video games, and relaxing with his two dogs, Ranger and Pepper.
